Group Benefits - Case Review Specialist Certification
The “Power of Information” Case Review Specialist training program is a 2-month learning, demonstration, and performance coaching experience with a defined certification process. Group Benefit sales professionals who are awarded this badge have successfully completed two levels of training (Fundamentals & Advanced) in case review, analysis and quoting strategies to offer timely, accurate and competitive quotes to brokers and companies out-to-market with group benefits providers.

Earning Criteria

Participants are required to complete 35 hours of comprehensive training and pass a post-training knowledge assessment.

As part of a learning cohort, all participants complete self-directed training modules, and attend a series of live/facilitated best practice “deep dive” sessions.

Throughout the 2-month training program, participants are required to demonstrate acquired skills through application activities including case studies and real case reviews accompanied by performance assessments and coaching.
