Earning Criteria

• Leaders participate in 6 live-facilitated learning modules focused on the following topics: Communication - Connect through Conversations, High-Impact Feedback and Listening, Coaching - Move People Forward, Building and Sustaining Trust, Inclusion - Foster Psychological Safety in Meetings, and Change Management.
• Complete the MyPathway self-assessment that evaluates leadership in people, work, and change management. Offers insights into partnership, influence, emotional intelligence, decision-making, planning, trust-building, talent development, change facilitation, and team success. Tailored growth through research-backed development track, revealing leadership, personality, and skill insights.
• Attend two 1-hour Peer Learning Circle sessions (PLCs). Learners navigate mock scenarios, employ thought-provoking questions to discuss best practices. Platform for mutual coaching, valuable feedback exchange, fostering growth.
• Participants complete 10 micro courses, 10-20 mins each, total 2 hours. Focused on change, tough conversations, team development, positive feedback, coaching culture, authenticity, trust-building, well-being, preventing burnout, and more actionable insights for real-world application.
