Complete the MyPathway self-assessment that evaluates leadership in people, work, and change management. Offers insights into partnership, influence, emotional intelligence, decision-making, planning, trust-building, talent development, change facilitation, and team success. Tailored growth through research-backed development track, revealing leadership, personality, and skill insights.

Attend two 1-hour Peer Learning Circle sessions (PLCs). Learners navigate mock scenarios, employ thought-provoking questions to discuss best practices. Platform for mutual coaching, valuable feedback exchange, fostering growth.
