Earning Criteria

Leaders participate in 6 personal leadership modules focused on the following topics; Starting with Why, Trust and Influence, Telling and Selling Your Value, Ensuring Sponsorship, Strategic Networking, and Authentic Leadership.

Participants engage in a “pays it forward” capstone project for future women leaders at Guardian.

Leaders engage in peer learning groups that discuss the topics, share best practices, and network with each other.

Six months of professional coaching through a partnership with Ezra is provided to all leaders.

All participants receive a personalized award to recognize all their hard work and dedication.
