COMPETENCIES: Badge owner demonstrates fundamental competence in the following skill areas: production schedules, timelines, and event chronology; balancing corporate objectives and cost ratios; design objectives; vendor management; risk management; communication; and post-event analysis

COURSEWORK: Badge owner is required to develop their own project plan for a specific event with a special event component. The project ultimately serves as a sample of best practices and a portfolio of their work.
