COURSEWORK: Badge owner completed a project where they create an HR department for a fictitious (invented) company in the hospitality industry. This project will test their competency in hospitality management and all that it entails, from working with applicable employment laws to retaining and developing quality employees, and will also test their ability to professionally present themselves and their ideas to employers.
