The Core Series - Manager Level, includes the following classes: Coaching Underperformers, Get Your Way: Presenting Effectively, Implications of Hospitality Law, Interviewing for Hospitality, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Managing for Success in a Union Workforce, Mastering Your Productivity, Mentoring High Performers, Tools of Professional Selling, and Identifying and Bridging Learning Gaps.
CREDENTIAL: Successful completion of the CLIMB Core Series: Manager Level including all (10) training classes will earn a Record of Accomplishment.
CEU: TISOH is accredited by ACCET, an agency recognized by the U. S. Dept. of Education. TISOH is listed in the American Council on Education’s Accredited Institutions of Postsecondary Education (AIPE) and on the Council on Higher Education Accreditation’s (CHEA) website, which are widely used by government agencies, the military, and corporations for identifying credible education organizations relative to accepting CEU credits and establishing tuition reimbursement policies.
