The Core Series - Supervisor Level includes the following classes: Communicate Effectively with Associates, Fast Meetings, Quick Results, Making the Jump to Team Leader, Understanding Profit and Loss, Maximizing Your Daily Meeting, Meaningful Guest Interactions, Practical Ethics in Hospitality, Resolving Conflict: Crushing Difficult Conversations, Supervising a Safe Working Environment, and The Inclusion Solution: Diversity in the Workplace.
CREDENTIAL: Successful completion of the CLIMB Core Series: Supervisor Level including all (10) training classes will earn a Record of Accomplishment.
CEU: TISOH is accredited by ACCET, an agency recognized by the U. S. Dept. of Education. TISOH is listed in the American Council on Education’s Accredited Institutions of Postsecondary Education (AIPE) and on the Council on Higher Education Accreditation’s (CHEA) website, which are widely used by government agencies, the military, and corporations for identifying credible education organizations relative to accepting CEU credits and establishing tuition reimbursement policies.
