CLIMB: Guest Service Series includes the following classes: Tools for Building Guest Loyalty, Make it Right: Win Back the Guest, The Language of Hospitality, Upsell: Enhance the Guest Experience, and Meaningful Guest Interactions.

CREDENTIAL: Successful completion of the CLIMB: Guest Service Series including all (5) training classes will earn a Record of Accomplishment.

CEU: TISOH is accredited by ACCET, an agency recognized by the U. S. Dept. of Education. TISOH is listed in the American Council on Education’s Accredited Institutions of Postsecondary Education (AIPE) and on the Council on Higher Education Accreditation’s (CHEA) website, which are widely used by government agencies, the military, and corporations for identifying credible education organizations relative to accepting CEU credits and establishing tuition reimbursement policies.
