CLIMB: People Management Series includes the following classes: Fast Meetings, Quick Results, The Inclusion Solution: Diversity in the Workplace, Coaching Underperformers, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Mentoring High Performers.
CREDENTIAL: Successful completion of the CLIMB: People Management Series including all (5) training classes will earn a Record of Accomplishment.
CEU: TISOH is accredited by ACCET, an agency recognized by the U. S. Dept. of Education. TISOH is listed in the American Council on Education’s Accredited Institutions of Postsecondary Education (AIPE) and on the Council on Higher Education Accreditation’s (CHEA) website, which are widely used by government agencies, the military, and corporations for identifying credible education organizations relative to accepting CEU credits and establishing tuition reimbursement policies.
