Earning Criteria

Certification is open to all applicants – there is no requirement for any previous certification.
To achieve certification to the TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation Body of Knowledge, Candidates must complete the Level 1 Learning Units defined in Section 4.1 of the TOGAF® Certification Program Conformance Requirements (Multi-Level), Version 4.0 document and pass the TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation examination.
The TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation examination is the assessment for the TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation certification.
The duration of certification is indefinite – certification is to a given version of the Body of Knowledge and does not expire, so there are no re-certification or renewal requirements.
