MLDP is designed for undergraduate students looking to make significant progress in their leadership and management development. Sessions employ experiential teaching techniques to engage students in core management and leadership skills. An integral part of the program is the Personal Leadership Challenge. Students identify a tangible challenge and set goals to tackle it while learning relevant skills and receiving support from staff and fellow participants throughout the process.
