Advanced Leadership Certification
The Advanced Leadership Certification (ALC) builds on the work participants have completed in the Foundational Leadership Certification program. In ALC, participants will complete 12 Harvard ManageMentor® courses on a variety of topics, including Strategic Thinking, Change Management, and Attracting and Cultivating Talent. There are opportunities to attend online interactive workshops on each course topic where participants will collaborate with other leaders from across The Salvation Army.

Earning Criteria

Complete an assessment at the end of each course to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of leadership best practices
