LEADS Learning Series
LEADS Learning Series participants receive foundational knowledge of how the LEADS Capability Framework underpins the Army’s expectations for leaders. They dive into the 5 domains and 20 capabilities of LEADS, and emerge with a better understanding of how to use systems thinking and change models to impact their decisions. Blending of theory and application, this workshop focuses on practical activities that leaders can bring back to their ministry units to develop and empower their teams.

Participants will attend a two-day, in-person, participatory workshop facilitated by Leadership Development.
