Note: Badges allow faculty to showcase their competency in a specified skill and/or to highlight certain achievements. Badges are an optional benefit offered to faculty and are not required for UOPX facilitation; applying for a badge is considered a non-compensable activity. Badge awards are not a factor in Classroom Performance Reviews or other assessments of faculty performance; faculty must satisfy all performance standards and expectations of their role regardless of any badges earned.
