Earning Criteria

How do you ensure students understand the relevance of their learning to their program and their career? Share artifacts (at least three) from your instructional experiences (videos, announcements, discussion posts, feedback, etc.) that support your response. Artifacts should be: 1) from your UOPX classroom; 2) current within the last 12 months; 3) observe copyright and privacy concerns.

Badges allow faculty to showcase their competency in a specified skill and/or to highlight certain achievements. Badges are an optional benefit offered to faculty and are not required for UOPX facilitation; applying for a badge is considered a non-compensable activity. Badge awards are not a factor in Classroom Performance Reviews or other assessments of faculty performance; faculty must satisfy all performance standards and expectations of their role regardless of any badges earned.
