The BHP SPMF (Small Project Management Framework) Program, contextualises the specific needs of BHP staff responsible for managing small projects. The program takes participants through BHP’s SPMF, introducing them to the Project Management lifecycle and the fundamental functions of the role (including project planning, project organisation, and controlling/directing projects) and the knowledge and skills required to complete small projects within time, quality, and budgetary requirements.
