Earning Criteria

Completion of one full day face-to-face session and one 4-hour virtual session. These sessions will comprise of a dispersed learning format with, class discussions, practical exercises, reflective activities and self-paced learning.
Earners will be able to recognise the importance of governance in the project decision-making process. This course will allow earners to confidently identify key sections of a compelling business case with the use of financial and non-financial tools.
