Earning Criteria

The program builds strategic, whole-of-system leadership capability through practical, action-oriented learning underpinned by academic rigour and aligned with MSH's values and context. Participants complete modules in Leading People & Organisations, Project & Change Management, Reimagining Care for Digital Health, Data for Executive Decision Making and Innovation Leadership. Learnings are applied to a MSH strategic project which innovatively addresses a challenge within the organisation.
