Service Planning
Service Planning is delivered as part of the Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) Education Program. Earners of this badge have learned the skills and knowledge to develop strategic thinking to enhance service planning at a local government level. Participants have skills to make informed decisions and to better manage and monitor service delivery performance. Attendance at this course was sponsored by the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and QTC.

Earning Criteria

Participants will attend a 1 day in-person course and engage in class discussions. Upon completing day 1, participants will attend a half-day online session where they apply their learnings to a case study that reflects real-life scenarios.
