Service Planning is delivered as part of the Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) Education Program. Earners of this badge have learned the skills and knowledge to develop strategic thinking to enhance service planning at a local government level. Participants have skills to make informed decisions and to better manage and monitor service delivery performance.
