Earning Criteria

Students must successfully complete two course and lab offerings (8 hours) from the following list: Remote Sensing Principles (GHY 511/L), Remote Sensing Applications (GHY 512/L), Drones and Spatial Data Collection (GHY 514/L).

Completion of several written assignments that involve proposing and completing a geospatial research project integrating remotely sensed data collection, geospatial analysis, and appropriate visualization of the research results. A score of 70% or greater on assignments based on the following criteria: comprehension of the course material, participation on the discussion boards, and completion of assignments and independent project.
