Developing Leadership Presence is a course within the Development Management Programme. This course exposes participants to current principles and concepts of leadership. The participants will lead through a process of self-analysis and examination of their own leadership styles and leadership roles that they play in their various positions and ministries. The participants will also examine the unique role that leaders play in developing and managing effective teams in the modern organisation.

Earning Criteria

Participants must have completed The Caribbean Economy and Fundamentals of Disaster Risk Management courses within the Development Management Programme. Development Management is a CPE Programme curated by The UWI Open Campus in collaboration with the Climate Resilience Execution Agency in Dominica (CREAD) to up-skill public sector officials in Dominica with the capacity to effectively manage projects and services that address the development needs of the country of Dominica.
