Fundamentals of Digital Technologies Training is a Continuing & Professional Education (CPE) workshop within the UNDP Future Tourism Business Adaptation Programme designed, developed and delivered by The University of the West Indies, the Frankfurt School and the United Nations Development Programme. This training was developed to expose MSMEs in the Eastern Caribbean to user friendly digital technologies for tourism businesses at a fundamental level.

Participants completed a 4 week, 16 contact hour workshop where they learned to ● Demonstrate understanding of concepts, skills and techniques of digital technologies to retool tourism businesses for changing marketing conditions ● Determine the digital needs of businesses in the tourism sector ● Create open-mindedness to rethink and pivot the business forward with a focus on creativity and innovation tools ● Experiment with digital technologies to digitize at least one process in the business.
