Participants must be enrolled in the Development Management Professional Education Programme and have completed the module, The Caribbean Economy. Development Management is a CPE Programme curated by The UWI Open Campus in collaboration with the Climate Resilience Execution Agency in Dominica (CREAD) to up-skill public sector officials in Dominica with the capacity to effectively manage projects and services that address the development needs of the country of Dominica.
