Earning Criteria

Attend LCI Coach Certification Training Program which takes place over 26 weeks. The course includes 70 hours of instruction plus application / practice,
The LCI Coach Certification Training includes on-going assessment to provide direction and mentoring, plus a final assessment which is a pass/fail practical exam (live coaching or a recording of coaching).
Mentor Coaching: This course includes 10 hours of mentor coaching from ICF certified coaches (PCC level or higher).
LCI is accredited by the ICF as an ACSTH approved coach training provider. This course teaches to the requirements of the ICF ACC credential for internationally recognized and certified coaches.

Standards

International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach

Requirements: At least 60 hours of coach-specific training through an ACTP or ACSTH program. 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months. Your Mentor Coach must be an ACC, PCC or MCC. Minimum 100 hours (70 paid*) of coaching experience following the start of your coach-specific training. Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment.
