Earning Criteria

Attend three in-person women's leadership development retreats over the course of one year. A total of 6 in person training days.
The WLI includes monthly application and practice activities, and on-going professional coaching (by ICF PCC level or higher), mentoring, and peer feedback throughout the year to ensure practical application of the training over time.
Attendance at up to 8 online learning modules with topics such as Impact Planning, Leadership Brand, Imposter Syndrome, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Value Your Value, Financial Confidence, Leading Sustainability, and Effective Communication. Each online module is 2 hours.

International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach

WLI is an accredited provider of ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in both core competencies and resource development categories.
