Earning Criteria

Attend live, online training for six weeks, 2 hours per week, for a total of 12 hours of instruction and workshops. Complete assignments following each week's training for a total of 30-60 minutes of independent study per week.
Weekly Topics: Week 1- GOAL SETTING: Get clear on what matters to you and how to achieve your goals. Week 2- PURPOSE: Uncover your own leadership values and beliefs. Week 3- POWER: Gain the courage and confidence to lead in alignment with your values. Week 4- PRESENCE: Be intentional in the way you show up as a leader. Week 5- THE CALL TO LEAD: Understand why the world needs women leaders and how your unique contribution makes a difference. Week 6- NEXT STEPS.
This course includes coaching, mentoring and peer feedback to ensure application throughout the six weeks and beyond.
