HighQ Collaborate Certified Professional Administrator
This certification will validate the knowledge and skills needed to be a HighQ Collaborate Certified Professional Administrator. The exam tests against the foundational knowledge required to implement HighQ Collaborate. This knowledge is gained from completing approximately 10 hours of training covered in the HighQ workshops, eLearning courses, participation guides, and video tutorials. Earners will have hands-on experience after completing their learning.

Earning Criteria

Earner must complete approximately 10 hours of training. The 10 hours of training includes 2 instructor-led workshops with hands-on exercises, 3 On-Demand courses, and 2 video tutorials (which can be completed instead of the workshops). When coursework is completed, users will have gone through all the steps required to implement their first site and work with the iSheet and File modules.

Earner must prove their knowledge by passing the HighQ Collaborate Certified Professional Administrator Exam. Earners must answer 60 questions in 90 minutes. Earners are allowed 3 attempts to complete the exam. Earners are not allowed to leave the exam or pause the exam. A passing score is over 80%.
