Resilience is the ability to bounce back in stressful and challenging situations. It is about not dwelling on the negative but learning from experience and finding solutions. Participants that earn this badge exhibit self-awareness, as well as cognitive and emotional flexibility to adjust and adapt. Students who earn this badge will have demonstrated these skills at a 'uni-Structural' level.
