Earners of the Coach Practitioner Coaching badge have taken part in an ICF-accredited programme which brings together a range of activities including workshops, virtual group supervision after each module, practical assessment of coaching skills, co-supervision practice within the group, and access to online learning resources. They've explored and practised the most effective models and tools from behavioural, transactional analysis and positive psychology coaching.

Earning Criteria

Earners of this badge have taken part in a ICF-accredited programme comprising of the following modules – Module 1– Foundation Coaching Skills, Module 2– Creating Insights, Module 3 – Applied Positive Psychology in Coaching, Module 4 - Coaching Through Ambiguity and Complexity. In addition, they have also attended virtual group supervision after each module, had practical assessments of their coaching skills and taken part in co-supervision practice.

Standards

ICF ACSTH

A minimum of 30 student contact hours are required for ACSTH program accreditation. Graduates from an ACSTH program may apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential using the ACSTH application path if they meet the credentialing application requirements.
