Earners of the Transformational Leadership Coaching badge have taken part in a 10-month ICF accredited course which brings together a range of activities including workshops, group and 1:1 mentoring, group and peer supervision and coaching practice. They've explored and practised the most effective models and tools from behavioural, transactional analysis and positive psychology coaching and acquired the leadership coaching competencies needed to work at the highest level with leaders & teams.

Earning Criteria

Earners of this badge completed the following modules: Module 1: Coaching Foundation: The Leader as a Coach, Module 2: Creating Insights: Coaching with emotional intelligence, Module 3: Positive psychology coaching, Module 4: Coaching through Change and Complexity, Module 5: Team coaching Module, 6: Coach integration. During the programme, participants have also taken part in both one-to-one and group mentoring sessions.

Standards

ICF Level 2

Level 2 accreditation is for at least 125 and up to 175 contact learning hours, and is designated as PCC Accredited Education. Graduates from Level 2 education and training programs may apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential using the Level 2 application path if they meet the credentialing requirements.
