TPM Co/Lab™ is an interactive and engaging learning experience using the tested Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) framework TPM Academy® curriculum and accompanying resources developed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. The training is intended for frontline workforce professionals, business association staff, HR, and other talent management professionals as well as education, training, and support services partners. TPM Co/Lab™ also offers peer-to-peer learning and collaboration as learners apply their training and implement TPM® in their communities.
