Track & Trace Services Administrator Certification attests that a badge holder has a working knowledge of the TraceLink Track & Trace Services product and can successfully administer the application for their organization. The certification is valid for two years, and requires a full recertification upon expiration.

Earning Criteria

Students must complete a two hour self-study prerequisite and must fully participate in a three-day virtual, or two-day onsite course that prepares learners to administer the TraceLink Track & Trace Services system for their companies. During this course, students configure their personal, custom lab environment.
