Seminar facilitators earn this badge by researching in the education field regarding various pedagogical topics and/or tools; lesson planning and creating lesson materials; attending meeting(s) with an experienced facilitator to review and practice; facilitating a one-hour(+) faculty seminar through Zoom; receiving feedback post seminar.
