The purpose of this program is to provide guided development opportunities for individuals at an intermediate stage in their career as people managers, with a specific focus of leadership. The program consists of three synchronous workshops, social learning opportunities, and guided coaching interactions with the participants' manager.

Coaching for Outcomes: In your leadership role, taking an active approach to the development of your employees is a business imperative. In this course, we will discuss how 2U defines coaching, introduce a model to help you approach your coaching conversations, and discuss the essential skills to coach effectively. You will be provided with opportunities to practice and apply these skills to integrate coaching into your leadership style.

Influence Without Authority: This training will show you how to use the Influence Model while providing you with the opportunity to practice different influence techniques that are especially impactful at 2U. The tools in this course are intended to help you build long-term and collaborative relationships across functions.
