The Leadership Excellence Program (LEP) is designed to support, develop, and empower senior leaders of 2U as they advance in their own leadership competencies, all while shaping 2U culture and driving success for the organization. Through 3 leadership immersion workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, and action on a business project, LEP participants grow in their leadership capabilities and create true value for 2U.
