The Leading Leaders Program (L2P) is a selected cohort-based program for 2U leaders. Participants in L2P attend three core workshops, engage in frequent 1-on-1 coaching, and complete an Emotional Intelligence assessment. The program culminates with the completion of an action-learning impact project to showcase the skills learned throughout the program and bring tangible impacts to the business.
