The 2U Shared Services team assembles an annual group of 15 Student Engagement managers to support the growth and development of the 150+ managers across the department. These individuals were selected from an application process, and service the following topics: KPI Enhancement, Forecasting, Section Planning, Difficult Conversation Preparation, Relationship Management, and Team Morale. These individuals have completed two formal trainings surrounding EQ and Coaching Frameworks.
