Earners of the TUC Cancer support in the workplace digital credential are aware of the impact of cancer in the workplace and that there is legislation on this issue. They are aware of how union reps and employers can support colleagues impacted by cancer and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how cancer support impacts on health and safety in the workplace and relates to employment rights.
