Earners of the TUC Domestic violence awareness in the workplace badge are aware of the issue of domestic violence and its impact at home and at work. They are aware of how union reps and employers can support colleagues affected by domestic violence and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how domestic violence support impacts on health and safety in the workplace and relates to employment rights.
