Earners of the TUC Facility time awareness digital credential are aware of what facility time is and why it is under threat. They are aware that union reps can negotiate an effective facility time agreement and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how facility time impacts on health and safety, representation, union learning and equalities in the workplace and how it relates to employment rights.
