Earners of the TUC Fit for work awareness badge are aware of the fit for work service and how it will work. They are aware of how union reps and employers can support colleagues who may use the service and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how the fit for work service impacts on health and safety in the workplace and relates to employment rights.
