Earners of the TUC Harmful gambling awareness digital credential are aware of what harmful gambling is and how it can affect members and the workplace. They are aware of the different groups of members that can be affected and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how harmful gambling impacts on health and safety, and equalities in the workplace and how it relates to employment rights.
