Earners of the TUC Mental health support in the workplace badge are aware of and able to describe common mental health illnesses. They are aware of how union reps and employers can support colleagues impacted by mental health issues and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how mental health support impacts on health and safety in the workplace and relates to employment rights.
