Earners of the TUC Work-related upper limb disorders (WRULDs) digital credential are aware of what a WRULD is and what types of disorders can occur. They are aware of strategies that employers and union reps can put in place to minimise the risk of WRULDs and are motivated to learn about a union approach to this topic. They are able to identify how WRULDs impact on health and safety in the workplace and relate to employment rights.
