Earners of this badge attended the unionlearn conference in July 2019. The conference was organised by unionlearn with the TUC and celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Union Learning Fund. Earners heard presentations on high quality apprenticeships and the skills needs of the modern workforce and attended workshops ranging from careers advice to digital skills. Unionlearn is the learning and skills organisation of the TUC.
