The badge holder is trained to assist displaced and asylum seekers to access and use Article 26 Backpack. They're equipped with knowledge of civilian protection, digital privacy, and human rights education. They are versed in the Backpack program's history and connection with refugee support. They can perform informal college counseling within the context of refugee support.

Learner completed five 45-60 minute learning modules covering: * Introduction to Human Rights and the Article 26 Backpack Program. * Human Rights Education and the Backpacker Bill of Rights * How to Host an Enrollment Event * How to Enroll People in Backpack * Adding Value to Backpack Learners passed an assessment at the end of each module that tested knowledge and application through scenario-based questions.

The learner achieved a passing score on a comprehensive test of the Article 26 Backpack material. The learner got at least 45 out of 50 answers correct to pass.
