Earning Criteria

  • The learner has completed The UC Davis Executive Leadership Program at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
  • Learner has actively participated in assigned activities, including: • Participation in the LPI 360 assessment with individualized Executive Coaching sessions on assessment results to examine their leadership strengths and identify blind spots. • Small group discussion of leadership styles, difficulties, and common issues across public and private sector business • Weekly small group meetings to network and assist each other with the development of their Organizational Transformation Plans
  • Developed and presented an Organizational Transformation Plan aimed at addressing issues the Leader is currently facing in their organization.
