Earning Criteria

The learner has completed the DisC leadership self-assessment tool and analyzed the outcomes
The learner has attended and actively participated in at least seven seminar sessions.
The learner has successfully completed the culminating project: Presentation on an informational interview you conducted with someone around their career and career path. The interview should be 30-60 minutes in length. Each presentation should be approximately 2 minutes long
