Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
UC Davis Lean Six Sigma curriculum leveraged a systems thinking approach and challenged existing mental models. The learner utilized a Lean Six Sigma approach from both a tactical and strategic perspective and they applied tools and theories to a specific use-case. The span of the studies included a process improvement project where the learner worked in a team to select, analyze and implement process improvement strategies with a project management and organizational change management approach.
